This guy has been scum since confettis! They need to shut down all of it Pearl Mega liquors and mugshots! He has been PAYING people off way too long to get away with serving underage, losing evidence and everything else he's done through the years! He gives good club owners a bad name and he's been pushing his money around for way too long. I always said he would get his one day, now it's up to us to make sure he does. He's always been a piece of shit..I remember one night while workin for him someone came into the club and passed a fake $100 bill at the end of the night. Because of his reputation, the fact that he's an angry guy with a history of drug abuse and a feeling he's above the law (ie: serving minors at Mugshots and the two kids that died because of it, allegations of abuse at his clubs, etc) and because if she was sick it would have made more sense to open the window rather than a heavy door while flying down the highway. THAT's WHY Freddy, it's called common sense.

And also when someone dies in front of you , regardless of the circumstances except the little matter of you being smashed drunk at the time, why, why would you be dining on Federal Hill (and sipping wine! Less than 24 hrs after you were in jail for DUI) and then continuing to party at Pearl? Seriously? The VERY NEXT night? He has NO soul.

Erica worked at Pearl was Joe's gf and yet there is no mention of her death on their site. Only pictures of her working and smoozing with the crowd. If they cared so much why not at least mention her death and express sympathies....thats right you dont do those things when you have something to hide.

Justice Seeker, If he were to mention her death on Pearls page it would take away from all the "fun" pictures they posted the very night after her death. He seems to have a history of trying to hide from blame and this is just one more example. If his friends on here really think he had nothing to hide maybe they should tell him to come forward. The State police & ALL the local police departments need to address the "prostitution" issues the state of RI has. There are so many strip clubs breaking the laws everyday, as well as the "in call" "out call" prositutes,look on Backpage, it's worse than CL.
Why doesn't the law set up stings at all these illegal places including backpage? It may generate some cash for the state and save us poor taxpayers from paying n paying n paying. Afterall these so called dancers certainly don't pay tax on their earnings!

Your welcome..and I was around both of them for the entire time while they were dating and knew both on an individual level...there are a lot of things that have been reported to the police so that they can do their investigation correctly. Many witnesses and people around them have come forward so that the police are able to go forward with the case. I believe Joe has stayed silent out of respect for the family. I know he has reached out and was told not to anymore. They have his phone number and he has theirs. He even tried to help with the fundraiser and donate 100 percent of all sales in the restaurant and donations but was told the family didn't want that so he backed down out od respect. Everything he has done is with his mind for the family. And that is why he is publicly staying silent and not commenting on internet posts but he has tried to speak to different family members and understands they are mourning as well and hasn't harrassed them for his own selfish peace of mind..

He has always had a bad temper! and a alcohol issue!
