It's March 24 and here are five things you need to know.

 

Blood: There's a blood drive today at Cranston High School West from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Kindergarten: Kindergarten registration is at Gladstone Elementary School today.

Dimes: The March of Dimes is holding a Cut-A-Thon today at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy. Swing by the academy from 3 to 7 p.m. for the Cut-A-Thon to raise money for the March of Dimes.

BASICS: BASICS is holding its monthly meeting at Cranston East tonight at 6:30 p.m.

Republic: Greece becomes a Republic in 1923 on this day.
