This is what the water off Stillhouse Cove looked like around 6 p.m. Monday night — two hours before high tide. Members of Rhode Island Yacht Club hurriedly cleared out the last of what they could before Ocean Avenue was completely overtaken by the storm-surge fueled water.

The nearby stretch of Narragansett Boulevard was a hot spot as many onlookers stopped to take pictures of the blustery scene and get their dogs walked one last time before sunset.

The video has a problem with the Patch logo in the middle of it instead of right at the beginning. Sorry about that. I'll swap it out for a corrected one later.
