The Children's Workshop in Cranston Now Offers Kindergarten!

The Children’s Workshop is proud to announce that the Cranston center, located at 546 Budlong Road, has added a Kindergarten program! This is exciting news coming just a few months after the Cranston center’s grand opening!

The Children’s Workshop Kindergarten program offers a high quality curriculum that is taught throughout four centers in Rhode Island and two in Massachusetts. This curriculum consists of full day instruction, foundations in all subjects, sight word lessons, and small group activity. The Children’s Workshop maintains a low student to teacher ratio in order to focus on each child’s social, emotional, physical, artistic, cognitive, language and literacy development.

Along with full day instruction, half day care and before and after school care are also provided. Children can do their homework or interact and play with the children from local public schools who partake in the School Age program.

Throughout all of The Children’s Workshop Kindergarten programs, the Teachers and Center Directors spend time meeting with public school principals to make sure that our program meets and exceeds the town's kindergarten standards. At the end of the school year, the children are more than ready for success in the first grade and beyond!

Space is limited in Cranston’s Kindergarten Program so interested families should contact the school as soon as possible at (401) 228-3317 or cranston@childrensworkshop.com to reserve their space.
