Congratulations to Rocky Hill School junior Raymond Mancini III (Cranston) who was recognized by General Treasurer Gina Raimondo with the Treasury Young Leader Award.  The Young Leader Awards are presented annually to Rhode Island high school juniors who have demonstrated outstanding academic excellence and service to their community.
