Beach Boys Sail into Cranston's Park Theatre April 13

Since their explosive debut 50 years ago, The Beach Boys have sold albums by the tens of millions while forever changing the landscape of music by influencing nearly every pop artist who has followed. More than the Beatles, The Beach Boys found the key to unfading youth through their music. To these guys, the beach isn’t just a place where the surf comes to play—it’s where life is renewed and made whole again.

Led by founding member Mike Love, The Beach Boys continue to play a busy schedule of concerts, averaging 150 shows a year that range from sundrenched summer festivals and New Year’s celebrations to special events worldwide. The group’s latest Capitol Records release, “Sounds of Summer” and its companion, “The Warmth of the Sun,” marks resurgence in Beach Boys interest that has again rocked the world of music.

Considered “America’s Band,” and one of the ten best groups of all time, fans won’t want to miss a chance to sing along with ageless hits like, “Fun, Fun, Fun,” “I Get Around,” “Help Me Rhonda,” “California Girls,” “Good Vibrations,” and “Kokomo,” to name just a few.

The Beach Boys are led by Mike Love and Bruce Johnston, who along with Christian Love, Randell Kirsch, Tim Bonhomme, John Cowsill, and Scott Totten continue the iconic band’s legacy. This tour does not feature Brian Wilson, Al Jardine or David Marks.
