After a seven-year hiatus, Lisa Marie Presley is coming to the Park Theatre.
After seven years, Lisa Marie Presley has burst back onto the music scene with her latest album, “Storm & Grace.”  Produced by the great T-Bone Burnett,  Presley will showcase her newest work, a mix of Southern blues, country and rock, when she takes the stage of the historic Park Theatre in Cranston on Saturday, November 23.

Born and raised in Memphis, Presley is the only child of the legendary Elvis Presley.  Although her life was surrounded by musical influence, Presley did not release her own music until her album “To Whom It May Concern” in 2003. The album reached No. 5 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart and was certified gold. Prior to this, Lisa Marie focused on charitable pursuits that remain an integral part of her life today.

Not long after having twins in 2008, Presley and her family moved to England where she began recording “Storm & Grace” in 2010.  She wrote more than 30 songs in an eight month period and worked with many artists to put together her new album.  Producer T-Bone Burnett explained, "When songs from Lisa Marie Presley showed up at my door, I was curious. I wondered what the daughter of an American revolutionary music artist had to say. What I heard was honest, raw, unaffected and soulful. I thought her father would be proud of her. The more I listened to the songs, the deeper an artist I found her to be—Lisa Marie Presley is a Southern American folk music artist of great value."

“Storm & Grace” serves to rebrand Presley away from the pop star image of her previous albums, and back to her Southern roots.  Rolling Stone spoke of her latest album with praise by saying, "Storm & Grace is the album she was born to make—a raw, powerful country, folk and blues collection that finds her embracing her Southern roots and family name.”

Lisa Marie Presley will perform at the Park Theatre at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 23. Tickets are $25 and $35. A VIP ticket is also available for $125 and includes one concert ticket, one admission to a meet and greet with a photo opportunity, admission to pre-show Q&A or sound check, one exclusive autographed merchandise item, and one commemorative VIP laminate.  All tickets are available by calling the Box Office at (401) 467-7275 or online at www.ParkTheatreRI.com
