Bonefish Grill will be dropping anchor in Chapel View on Jan. 14., and the restaurant has been hiring servers, cooks and hosts.
The restaurant is part of a chain that was founded in 2000 in St. Petersburg, Fla.
According to a release, Bonefish Grill specializes in market-fresh fish and other wood-grilled specialties.
