Closings and Cancellations: Jan. 21
Here's a list of closings and cancellations for Cranston during today's snowstorm. If we've missed one, let us know by emailing mark.schieldrop@patch.com or by tacking a comment on to the end of this article.
We could get about eight inches of snow by the time this storm is done. In the meantime, most people will be hunkering down inside. As of 9:30 a.m., the heaviest snowfall is yet to come.
Closings and cancellations:
- Parking: Cranston Police have a parking ban in effect until further notice. Do not park on the street or risk being towed.
- Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy: Closed.
- Hope Alzheimer's Center: Closed.
- To the Pointe Performing Arts: Closed Saturday at all three locations.
- Cranston Public Libraries: Cranston libraries will be closing at noon today.
