Community Update

Have you ever considered making homemade wine? Once you learn
how, wine making is a fun, simple and rewarding process in which everyone can
partake! Taking a course in wine making is a wonderful social experience and an
opportunity to hone a new craft.

Why use fresh grapes when you can
use already pressed imported grape wine juice?

No mess! No bugs

You get to choose red or white
wine grape juice. 

Come and learn how to read a
Hydrometer, add yeasts, ferment, rack your wine, sterilize, bottle, cork and
label the final product.  Our four week
class begins October 19th.  So,
