Gaspee Days is coming, drop your baby into books, audition for the One Act Play Festival and more in today's Five Things.

Gaspee: . We posted a story that includes a pretty thorough calendar of events for the weekend. We'll be posting a photo gallery tomorrow and hope you'll upload and share your photos with us. It will be easy — look for the big button that says "upload." 

Babies: at the . It's never too early to introduce your child to reading. The program features rhymes, fingerplays, books and toys. Interact, socialize and learn! It's a drop-in program, so just stop by.

Audition: Do you crave to perform in front of an audience? Prepare a monologue and go to tonight at 4 p.m. to audition for the eighth One Act Play Festival, which runs in July and August.

Showers: There's a chance of showers throughout the day and the high temperature will peak at around 73 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Luckily, the temperatures will rise by tomorrow and approach 77 — just in time for Gaspee Days. 

Graceland: Ground Zero in Elvisworld, Graceland, in Memphis, Tennessee, is opened to the public by Priscilla Presley on this day in 1982.
