6-Week Basic Yoga Series
Are you curious about yoga but not sure how to get started? This class introduces fundamental tools to create a simple yet powerful yoga practice. Integrating breath with gentle body movement will deepen personal awareness of sensations in the body. Introduction of basic philosophical principles of yoga included. Technical yoga alignments for postures are taught, with the understanding that they look different on every body. This class is excellent for brand new students, and will be useful for those who want to re-energize their practice. This class is offered as a series of 6 classes. (No class 2/25/14) $70 for 6 Weeks.
