Booksigning & Sale by Local Authors

A diverse group of local, Rhode Island authors will descend upon Cranston's Stage Door Restaurant and Lounge on Thursday, November 29th from 6 to 9 p.m. in a first-time event, to sign books, meet with fans, and sell their works -- just in time for the holiday gift giving season.

Among the authors scheduled to appear is bestselling author Jon Land, who will be signing copies of his exciting new thriller, Pandora's Temple. In addition, bestselling historical novelist Donna Russo Morin will be on hand to sign copies of her latest, critically-acclaimed work, The King's Agent.

Other celebrated, locally-published authors expected to appear include medium Roland Comtois (And Then There Was Heaven, inspirational), Eden Elgabri (Touched, erotic romance), Tara Logan (Taking Stock, contemporary romance), Blanche Marriott (His Brother's Baby, contemporary romance and Born to Bitch, humor), Cris Pfeil (The Right Blood, adventure and Outside the Box, inspirational), Steven R. Porter (Manisses, historical fiction and Confessions of the Meek & the Valiant, crime thriller), Amber Skyze (Ignite the Flames, erotic romance), Amanda Torrey (Teen Fury: Unleashed, young adult paranormal) and Erin T. Whalen (Charlie's Head, children's.)

In addition to the authors, psychic Carolyn Sullivan will be on hand to offer card readings, as will photographer Nicole Gesmondi to capture and provide commemorative photos of the event. And attendees will have the opportunity to win prizes.

Additional authors may be added, and the list of authors scheduled to appear is subject to change.

The event provides an excellent opportunity to purchase books as gifts, talk with several authors, and celebrate the growing, vibrant Rhode Island literary scene.

Many of the participating authors are members of Rhode Island Romance Writers (RIRW) and Association of Rhode Island Authors (ARIA).
