Bright Night Providence

Bright Night Providence recently announced that it will celebrate its 10th Anniversary on New Year’s eve with a day-long festival offering family friendly entertainment and fun-filled exhibits at key locations throughout downtown Providence. Bright Night Providence starts at 12:00 noon and runs until 11:00 p.m., with the traditional midnight countdown beginning at 11:15 pm in Kennedy Plaza. The festival’s spectacular hour-long opening ceremony will start at 5:00 pm at The Bank of America Skating Center. This year’s festival will feature more than 100 local performers and 13 venues and exhibits.                                                                                                                  

Tickets for Bright Night Providence are now on sale. Ticket prices are $15.00 for adults and $10.00 for children (aged 15 and under) in advance, and $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children on the day of the festival. Purchasers who buy three children’s tickets get one ticket free. Tickets can be purchased online from the Bright Night website
