Enjoy the beauty of the sky a little bit more by learning a little bit more about astronomy. For three Saturday afternoons, Frosty Drew Astronomer Francine Jackson will introduce you to the early history of the universe, have you travel through the solar system, and then step off toward the stars, and beyond. Each two-hour session will be held in Frosty Drew’s John Drew Sky Theatre, adjacent to the Nature Center.

Frosty Drew Nature Center/Observatory is a nonprofit informal natural science organization. Its observatory is located at the darkest skies in Rhode Island, and is open to the public every clear Friday evening. In addition, both the Nature Center and Observatory offer programs for groups of all ages. Please check the website for more information.
