RHODE ISLAND MEN'S GATHERING. #22

FEBRUARY 21 – 23, 2014:

The 22th annual Rhode Island Men's
gathering is a winter weekend retreat for men from different walks of life to
gather in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment to relax, grow, connect,
build community and explore what it means to be a man today. The weekend
includes workshops lead by participants in areas such as: personal growth and
self-improvement, health and healing, arts and crafts, music and movement,
poetry and writing, cooking and food, energy and the environment and other
diverse areas.

Other
activities that may be included are: games, drumming sessions, an afternoon
hike, star gazing and a talent show. The Rhode Island Men’s Gathering is held
on the University of Rhode Island’s W. Alton Jones Campus, West Greenwich, RI.

The entire weekend is drug and alcohol free and held from Friday evening to

Sunday lunch. Fees range from $90-$140 and include all meals and lodging. A

limited number of partial scholarships are available for those who may need
