White & Abstraction Open Juried Show
Eligibility:
Open to all artists in New England.
Work must have been completed within the last three years and may not
have been done in a class or under a teacher's supervision.Original
artwork only. Work may not have been accepted in any previous Rhode
Island Watercolor Society juried show.
Media:
All 2D media and collage. No diptychs or triptychs, digital art or
photography. Work must be properly framed with wood or metal and wired
for hanging. Work larger than 22" by 28" (this is the glass size, not
painting image size) must be framed with Plexiglas. No painting may be
larger than 42" on longest dimension, including frame.

Entry:
Deadline is Wednesday, November 20th. Non-refundable entry fee: Members $14.00 per entry or 3 for
$35.00; Non-members $18.00 per entry or 3 for $45.00. (Limit of 3 works per artist)
Theme:
White and Abstractionwill be juried under 3 categories. 1-White:Any
subject matter where white is the prominent color used. 2 - Abstraction:
Any abstract work, which may include color. 3-White and
Abstraction- Any abstract work where white is the prominent color used.

Opening Reception is November 24th from 1 - 4 pm and is free and open to the public.
