WomenRYSE 8week running & yoga program
WomenRYSE stands for Running, Yoga, Social Connections, and Empowerment. Our 8 week program will help you run further and faster by teaching you running technique, form and pacing. You will integrate powerful yoga practices to boost your fitness to the next level. Plus, you will gain strength and confidence through a supportive community of women.
Class meets Mondays 5:15-6:45pm (starting 4/14) and runs for 8 weeks. $195 fee/8wk session
Each weekly class includes a yoga practice followed by a run led by Certified WomenRYSE coach Liz McDonough (weather permitting). Please wear layers appropriate for the weather and running shoes to each class.
