Jennie (Fandetti) Santoro, 88, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence.

Jennie (Fandetti) Santoro, 88, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence.

Jennie was the beloved wife of sixty-two years to Emilio Santoro. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Donato and Giovanna (Barletta) Fandetti. She was a loving wife and mother whose passion was cooking for family and friends.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her loving children, Susan J. Lovejoy and her husband David of Cranston, Jane M. Burrows and her husband Richard of Cranston, and Richard J. Santoro and his wife Lisa Pullano-Santoro of Coventry. Jennie was the cherished grandmother of Matthew, Michael, Daniel, Lindsay, and Christopher. She was the sister of Anna Ripa of Cranston, Antonio Fantetti of North Providence and the late Vincent and Michael Fandetti.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Road, Cranston. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Wednesday 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
