Obituary: Angelina (Vallone) Velleco

Angelina (Vallone) Velleco, 98, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday December 20, 2012 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.

She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Velleco.

Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Carmine and Maria (Paliotta) Vallone.

She was the devoted mother of Theresa Tenerella and her husband Michael of Woonsocket and James Velleco and his wife Linda of Marblehead, MA. She was the loving grandmother of five; loving great grandmother of six and great great grandmother of one and several nieces and nephews. Angelina was the dear sister of the late Rose Antonacci, Anthony Vallone, Mary Croce, Theresa Celeo, Clara Allen, Ann Celeberto and Philomena Bernard.

Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St. Cranston at 11 a.m.

Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.

Visiting hours are Thursday morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
