Ann M. Hemenway-Walker, 98, passed away peacefully Monday at home in the presence of her family.

Ann M. Hemenway-Walker, 98, passed away peacefully Monday at home in the presence of her family. 

She went to heaven to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas W. Hemenway and the late Lawrence E. Walker.

Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Samuel and Mary S. (Wilson) Wightman, she attended Cranston Christian Fellowship and was a member of Arlington Baptist Church. She is survived by four children: Barbara A. Hemenway, Thomas W. Hemenway III and his wife Kathy, Robert B. Hemenway and Charlene M. Hemenway; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral service Wednesday 11 AM at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory, 659 East Greenwich Ave., West Warwick. Calling hours Tuesday 4:30-7:30 PM. Burial in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
