Obituary: David J. Turcone, 38

David J. Turcone, 38, of Cranston, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. Born in Providence, he was the beloved son of Beverly A. (St. Jean) Turcone of Cranston, and the late Joseph M. Turcone. David was a printer for the former Copy World Printers in North Providence. He volunteered his time at the SPCA in East Providence, and McCauley House, Providence. David was a graduate of Johnston High School, Class of 1993. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan, 

Besides his loving mother he is survived by his devoted brother Joseph M. Turcone, Jr. and his wife Sarah of North Scituate. He was the cherished grandson of the late (maternal) Maurice and Anna (Serrecchia) St. Jean, and the late (paternal) Michael and Pasqualina (Senape) Turcone. David was the nephew of Rita Santos, Roberta Pontarelli, and Michelle Tricarico, and the cousin of Tanya Santos, Michael Larivee, and Alison Dottor.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anthony’s Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Thursday morning, 8-10-a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St, Providence, RI 02904, or the Huntington’s Disease Society of America, 6 Boston Road, Suite 203A Chelmsford, MA 01824.
