Obituary: Esther L. DiMuccio, 85

Esther L. DiMuccio, 85, of Cranston, summering in Matunuck for over fifty years, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Roger Williams Medical, Providence. Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late Thomas G. and Emily (Marcaccio) DiMuccio. Esther was an assembler for Taco Manufacturing Company for twenty-five years before her retirement. She was also employed by the former Coro Manufacturing Company for twenty-five years. She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church, a member of the Cranston Democratic Women’s Caucus and the John E. Cooney VFW Post, Ladies Auxiliary. Esther was a graduate of Cranston High School. 

Esther is survived by her loving brothers, Thomas G. DiMuccio, Edward G. DiMuccio and his wife Paula, all of Cranston, and the late Edith, Ethel, and Anthony DiMuccio, and Flora DeNardo. She was the aunt of eleven nieces and nephews, six great-nieces and nephews. 

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Monday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston Street, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Sunday 4-8 p.m.
