Obituary: Kenneth D. Lancelotti, Sr., 78

Kenneth D. Lancelotti, Sr., 78, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of the late Phyllis S. (Cacicia) Lancellotti. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Peter “Duke” and Yolanda M. (Pesare) Lancellotti. Kenneth was a sales representative for Honorbilt Men’s Clothing until his retirement.

He is survived by his children Donna Lee Magnone and her husband John of Warwick, Anthony Lancellotti and his wife Dawn of Cranston and the late Kenneth “Lance” Lancellotti, Jr. Kenneth was the grandfather of eight and the brother of  Raymond E. Lancellotti of Providence , Luca A. Lancellotti and his wife Sandra of  North Providence, Barabara M. Giansanti of Cranston, and Brenda (Nero) DeConto and her husband Ralph of Kissimmee FL. Kenneth was also the companion of  RoseMarie Pullano of Cranston and her son Ernest Pullano and wife Melissa of Foster and her daughter Angela Pullano of San Francisco CA.

His funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, 1525 Cranston St, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS are Monday 4-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886.
