Today and every day forward we honor the short time that we had the privilege to have Ryan Rocha in our lives. Those that knew Ryan knew there was not a more stubborn, loyal, funny, genuine, trustworthy and honest friend that you could ask for. Ryan was a man of his word and was not afraid to say what he meant and mean what he said. Ryan loved his family and friends fiercely and was the best uncle and best friend that any boy could ask for.

Ryan believed in living each day to the fullest with no regrets. Whether that was spending time with family and friends, off roading in his Jeep "Jessica", riding on his motorcycle "Jigsaw", playing video games or working on his vehicles he did each with an equal amount of passion and humor. The memories that he leaves behind and the lessons in love and laughter will forever be treasured and will never diminish.

Ryan's family will be honoring his wishes and holding a gathering on Friday, May 9, 2014 from 5pm to 8pm at the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. for friends and family to join together and remember what a special and unique person has been taken from our lives all too soon.

In lieu of flowers or in honor of his memory, donations can be made by check to the Uncle Ryan Trust Fund that has been set up for Ryan's nephews in C/O Washington Trust, 1473 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, RI 02888. Donations will also be accepted at the Memorial.

A memory box will be available for anyone that would like to share a story about Ryan for his family's keeping.
