Obituary: Thomas Bartolomeo Sr., 83

Thomas Bartolomeo Sr., 83, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Jeanne (Kelly) Bartolomeo and the late Claire (Gorgone) Bartolomeo.

Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Thomas and Anna (Ricci) Bartolomeo. Thomas was a mold maker, who owned and operated South County Tool and Dye for many years. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, and was a member of the Narragansett Lions Club. 

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Thomas Bartolomeo, Jr. and wife Joanna of North Providence, Joan Wills and husband Gene of South Kingstown, Gale DiCicco of Narragansett, Anne Doyle and husband Robert of FL; cherished grandfather of five. He was the father in law of the late Michael DiCicco, and step-father of Carol & Mark Deresienski of Narragansett, David & Julie Burns of Albion and James & Gisella Burns of So. Kingstown. He was the brother of Joseph Bartolomeo and wife Rose of Cranston, and the late Margaret Mekalian, and Grace Jackson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral  Service on Monday evening at 7pm  in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1111 Boston Neck Rd (RT 1A), Narragansett.  VISITING HOURS: Monday 4-7pm. Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to the Narragansett Lions Club, P.O. Box 186, Narragansett, RI 02882.
