Chapel View Construction

It will be a blessing when the Chapel View construction site is completed...whenever that may be!  This project has gone on far too long and I am tired of the dirt, dust, noise pollution and additional traffic that this construction has created....all in the name of economic development!!  Certainly not mine!  And remember, the Empire State Building took approximately 15 months to  to complete!
