Cranston Police are investigating a second robbery at in under month.
WPRO reported that Cranston Police responded to a jewelry heist at the store last night around 1:30 a.m. The front window was smashed and more than $26,000 in watches was taken. The culprit caused an additional $10,000 in damages.
The suspect smashed the window with a brick and pried open the jewelry case with a crowbar. The owner of the store, Evan Saltzman told WPRO that the suspect is likely the same person who broke into the store in a similar incident on Dec. 10. On that occasion, a window on the opposite side of the store was broken. Both incidents were captured by security cameras.
