A true tragedy, 2 lives lost really, and their poor families. Hopefully, this will make at least one other person stop and think before they drink!!! Prayers and condolences to both families!!!

Personally,I think Joe and Nicole are being quite NICE with their comments, how social of you both. Now in my eyes and I think most others at this point in time, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! Way too many people are dying on the roads due to drinking and driving. Or partying and getting behind the wheel later, you are STILL under the influence of alcohol! So bottom line, what was the final outcome people of this horrible accident (like all the other drunk driving accidents) last night??? Simple!!! It's called MURDER!!!!! Some one just LOST her life FOREVER and someone has to go to PRISON! So please people, PLEASE WAKE UP, DON'T DRIVE DRUNK OR EVEN UNDER THE INFLUENCE!!! No one wins - NO ON

Gertie, Gertie, Yes, I agree that something needs to change about how drunk drivers are handled in our state and country, but compounding the tragedy by making disparaging remarks benefits no one in this awful tragedy. I hope Mr. Kahan gets punished to the fullest extent of the law, but it is not my place to sit in judgement of him.
