Cranston Man Indicted on Charges of Raping Incapacitated Woman
Police say Andre Marzian, 24, raped an incapacitated and physically helpless woman in 2012.
The Providence County Grand Jury on Friday indicted a 24-year-old Cranston man on two charges of first-degree sexual assault for allegedly raping an incapacitated and physically helpless woman.
Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin said Marzian raped the woman on Aug. 18 of 2012. The assault took place in Providence and the case was investigated by Providence police.
Marzian is due to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on March 5.
