Exciting and again close to the Providence line...the new police station doesn't even make a difference at the location where it is located. Criminals fear nothing as they have nothing to lose as they will get 3 squares a day, exercise, kept warm, cool, well fed and all the other luxury's we the people provide as we work our *&^% off to support them. Makes me sick!

Don't forget the surgeries (especially the fool who wants a sex change surgery) that none of us could afford! I've read of several fellows who got organ transplants that law-abiding children are denied because their parents can't afford them! Since the house was an apartment house, there were probably several people home. However, a neighbor who was close enough to see, says it wasn't a drive-by...a man stood on the opposite corner with a shotgun, and fired several times. But I must tell you, Mike, the police station is not close enough for the police to have heard anything, so that has nothing to do with it. It seems that crime has moved into Cranston steadily over the past several years. Hope I don't have to move!!!
