Cranston Police are on the lookout for Bishop Lombard, 20, a registered sex offender, for allegedly not registering a change of address with police.

Lombard was last registered on Dec. 5 with a last known address at the Harrington Hall homeless shelter at 30 Howard Ave.

Police said his whereabouts are currently unknown.

Lombard has ties in the Newport area and is described as black with brown hair and eyes. He stands five feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 155 pounds.

Lombard was charged with first-degree child molestation as a juvenile in Nov. 2008 and has had trouble staying in contact with authorities ever since.

After his conviction, he registered with Providence police at the Department of Children, Youth & Their Families home “Turning the Corner.” Lombard went absent without leave and was reported missing from the home on Dec. 22, 2010.

He was found in Newport in Feb. 2011 where he was staying with his girlfriend.

Since 2011, Lombard has previously been charged with failing to register an address change nine times, according to court records.

His most recent disappearance was in October, when Cranston Police issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to notify police of an address change and was last seen on Oct. 16.

If you've seen him, call Cranston Police at 401-942-2211

Obviously this is becoming the NORM here in this State. Thanks to Gov. Gump and the rest of his Jesters (most, not all) for passing Good Times Bill and other negligent Bills.

Oh I so agree Suzanne! And yes, Gump is the perfect name for Mr. Feel Good. Of course, he and his Jesters are totally clueless because they are able to reside in "perfect" neighborhoods! Washington on a local level!

Better safe than fear the unknown. Imagine that they let sex offenders live where the business is known to have children residing for any duration of time. Stay away! I am suggesting you to use this application because it doesn't only monitor your love ones but also to locate sex offenders so that you can at least assure that your kids are safe, also has a family locator that will let you know where your family's are. I hope I helped you make a decision. To know all about this, check it out here: http://safekidzone.com/#!/page_home
