Cranston Police are on the lookout for Bishop Lombard, 20, a registered sex offender, for allegedly not registering a change of address with police.
Lombard was last registered on Dec. 5 with a last known address at the Harrington Hall homeless shelter at 30 Howard Ave.
Police said his whereabouts are currently unknown.
Lombard has ties in the Newport area and is described as black with brown hair and eyes. He stands five feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 155 pounds.
Lombard was charged with first-degree child molestation as a juvenile in Nov. 2008 and has had trouble staying in contact with authorities ever since.
After his conviction, he registered with Providence police at the Department of Children, Youth & Their Families home “Turning the Corner.” Lombard went absent without leave and was reported missing from the home on Dec. 22, 2010.
He was found in Newport in Feb. 2011 where he was staying with his girlfriend.
Since 2011, Lombard has previously been charged with failing to register an address change nine times, according to court records.
His most recent disappearance was in October, when Cranston Police issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to notify police of an address change and was last seen on Oct. 16.
