Cranston's Sen. Miller On Hand for Marijuana Bill Signing

Cranston's Joshua Miller (D-Dist. 28, Cranston, Warwick) sat with Governor Lincoln Chafee and Rep. John G. Edwards of Tiverton and Portsmouth during the signing of the marijuana decriminalization bill.
