Cranston Sen. Joshua Miller is getting a lot of negative comments on his Facebook page recently.

And the prevailing sentiment is a three-word phrase — the same statement Miller gave to a microphone toting Dan Bidondi of the Dan Bidondi Show on TruthRadioShow.Com, when Bidondi walked up to Miller in the State House Rotunda.

"Go [expletive] yourself."

Biondi, who said he was there on March 18 to get comments from "Second Amendment hating" lawmakers on the "unconstitutional, draconian gun bills to be heard that night," walked up to Miller, put the microphone in his face and  said "The Second Amendment shall not be infringed — you people need to understand that."

Miller didn't hesitate in his reply.

"Go [expletive] yourself."

Lawmakers were reviewing more than a dozen bills dealing with firearms that day, including bills that would ban military-style assault weapons and large-capacity magazines and prevent people convicted of domestic violence misdemeanors from owning guns.

Pro-gun activists are up in arms over not just the bills, but Miller's comment, which has prompted many to fill Miller's Facebook page with insults and negative comments.

"Why don't you crawl back into the hole you crawled out of," said Brian Ketcham. "Guess you are proof morons can hold office."

"You are a despicable little weasel of a human," Darla Saunders said. "I can't call you a "man" as I have more balls than you. You need to resign, you disrespectful moron. By the way, how many armed guard are you strolling around with to protect your asthenic, scrawny carcass?"

A few highly-dedicated commenters commented on dozens of Miller's Facebook posts, going as far back as last year.
