The highest-priced home to sell in Cranston was at 20 High Meadow Court, which sold for $481,000 — $2,000 above asking price.

The cheapest Cranston house to sell was at 30 Tallman St., which sold for $105,100 — far above the $89,900 asking price.

A condo at 140 Wheeler Ave. sold for $65,000 and its asking price was $69,000. The other low price in the mix was the multi-family home at 44 Orchard St., which sold for $1,000 below the asking price of $115,000.
