Lottery today at 4:30P at the elections counter to determine order of (2) unendorsed Democratic candidates (Douglas Brown & Mark Chenot) on Special Primary ballot.  Michael Morin is the endorsed candidate, and will appear first on the ballot.  www.sos.ri.gov
