PROVIDENCE, RI  --  Rhode Island Secretary of State A. Ralph Mollis has announced the release of two official guides designed to inform and educate those who vote, and those who wish to serve in elected office.

The 2014 Election Calendar details all-important deadlines and requirements for the September 2014 primary and November 2014 election.

In keeping with Secretary Mollis’ pledge to employ technology to improve Rhode Islander’s access to their government, the guides are posted on our website at http://www.sos.ri.gov/elections/forms where it is available 24/7.

This online service not only saves Rhode Islanders the cost of printing thousands of copies of the guide, it makes it easier for the public, political parties, candidates and the media to share links to the guides with their family, friends, supporters, and constituents.  The office of Secretary of State will provide hard copies upon request.
