Bolts Fall in Super Bowl 45-34

The Cranston East Thunderbolts played hard and combined both ground and air offensive attacks but were unable to tame the Hendricken Hawks in the Division I Super Bowl at Cranston Stadium on Sunday.

The 'Bolts lost 45-34 in a game that was marked by fast-paced action, a few key turnovers and contrasting offensive styles that had both teams' defenses working hard.

Despite scoring 34 points and showing flashes of greatness when the passing game clicked between East Quarterback Alex Corvese and Wide Receiver Marven Beauvais, the Bolt's defense couldn't stop the Hawks relentless ground game often enough.
