! The person at the counter is a known Thief. The female counter person takes your payment & tries to say you did not pay yet! With distraction and becomes very uptight when you try to discuss the situation! Also they claim 1 owner is a Cranston police officer and knows they have someone working at the counter doing this to customers! BEWARE!
I was walking by and crossed through their parking lot to shave 5 seconds off my walk and they actually yelled at me and told me to stay out of their parking lot unless I was going to buy something. Miserable jerks.
This is an EXCELLENT restaurant, very nice friendly atmosphere, delicious food and great service! Have been going for 3 years and just keeps getting better everytime!
AWFUL costumer service! Owner hung up on me when I complained about my delivery and refused to compensate me. Oh, and she also blamed ME for getting the order wrong. TERRIBLE way to treat a customer who WAS a consistent customer prior to this.

Absolutely Love the Staff, Cooks, Owners,Food, and Atmosphere here!!!!! Everyone is friendly, restaurant is clean and food is fresh and delicious!!!! We frequent here on a regular basis, and would recommend anyone go for a relaxing fun evening!!! And if you chose delivery, the drivers are awesome, and always get the food to you quickly, and hot!! Thank You CHOPS for always accommodating me!!!!
