Bennett Sports is a hockey pro shop located inside the Cranston Veterans Memorial Ice Rink on Phenix Avenue. The storeMore was started in 1968 by Harvey Bennett Sr. after he retired from a 17-year career playing professional hockey. It is now run by his son Bill Bennett, who also played hockey professionally for the Boston Bruins and Hartford Whalers. Bennett Sports has a large selection of ice skates, hockey sticks, hockey masks, gloves, jerseys, clothing and other apparel related to the sport. The shop also repairs hockey equipment or ice skates and sharpens ice skates for $5. Parents can choose to enroll their children in Hockey School through Bennett Sports or get  uniforms or jerseys embroidered with team names or other text through Bennett's embroidery shop.
Cranston Veterans Memorial Ice Rink

Cranston Veterans Memorial Ice Rink, home of the Cranston Reds is an indoor hockey rink located on Phenix Avenue. TheMore hockey rink has numerous uses such as being home to Cranston East High School and Cranston West High School hockey programs, hosting youth hockey leagues and adult hockey leagues for men and women, public skating sessions, learn-to-skate programs and is also home to the Cranston Figure Skating Association. The ice rink has four locker rooms, can hold over 1,000 fans on its bleachers and also has a concession stand and snack bar open during games. Public skating is available every day of the week and costs $5 for adults, $3 for children under 6 and $2 for seniors. Skate Rentals are $5. The ice rink is also available for rent and costs $235 per hour.

This field is nestled in an urban area off Park Avenue and home to the Cranston Babe Ruth League. Adjacent to theMore ballfield is a street hockey rink used by the Cranston Street Hockey League. 

The field includes a tot park for young children and plenty of grass to set up a blanket for a gametime picnic. 

The park, named after Gaetano "Nonno" Calise, has been marred by graffiti in recent years.

The stadium is the site of many athletic contests, the annual Fall Harvest Festival, marching band competitions and intramural sports games. The football field is also used for field hockey, lacrosse and soccer games. Along with high school games, the baseball field hosts games played by several amateur leagues. The stadium has an extensive history and was once a professional baseball field.
