Chuck Newton is Regional Publisher, Rhode Island for Patch.com, responsible for Patch sales and advertising.  A native of Wyoming, he  lived and worked in Boston, New York, Atlanta, Hong Kong & Singapore before settling in Rhode Island in 2001. In 2008, Chuck launched my02818.com, the first hyperlocal newssite in RI, serving East Greenwich and the Cowesett and Potowomut neighborhoods of Warwick. Twice voted Best Local Website in RI, My02818.com is continuing its contribution to community news and information as part of Patch.
