David is a lifelong Rhode Islander who has worked as a news reporter, sportswriter and copy editor for a number of different newspapers, including the Warwick Beacon, Cranston Herald, Woonsocket Call and Worcester Telegram & Gazette. He is currently a news reporter for the East Greenwich Pendulum.

   He is a graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School and Boston University, and lives in North Providence.

   His freelance work includes two sports blogs and three seasons as an NFL live blogger for SI.com.  He is also a writer and performer in the Providence Newspaper Guild Follies.
