I believe that each person has the power to change their lives and their body has the innate ability to heal itself. As a bodyworker, I have worked with cients and have seen them heal body aches and pains improving their health using my unique blend of massage, reflexology and other hands-on modalities. As a 'heart & soul' coach, my clients learn skills and techniques that allow themselves to access their inner joy & passions to lead a more productive and successful life.
My passion at Body-Wise Therapeutics and Soul-Wise living is to work with people to improve their health and happiness and to bring this into their lives. My client's results are many but ultimately, their work with me allows them to live a happier, healthier life and thereby improving their relationships with those that matter most in their lives.     I am a local girl having moved to the Island as a teenager. Many may know me as a member of the YMCA professional staff in the 80's and early 90's. Body-Wise was opened in 1999 and it's sister division, Soul-Wise, began in 2011.
